Frisco began as Chewy’s white label, catch-all brand of assorted pet goods. And while the brand delivered high quality goods at competitive prices, their brand messaging, packaging design, and photography were inconsistent. We created a cohesive brand platform, refocusing Frisco as a brand able to speak with and advise an audience searching for pet product advice.

Our team positioned Frisco as a company obsessed with helping your furry family live their best lives through thoughtfully designed pet products. The new brand voice distinctively balances expertise and zaniness. The new design elements burst with joy: bright pops of color, handmade gestures inspired by pet emotions, candid pet photography, and a new logo featuring a happy tail wag.
